Born in Panama and raised in Colorado Springs since the age of 13, Lisa brings passion, rhythm, and a deep sense of community to every class she leads. She’s been teaching group fitness since 2015 and has held leadership roles as the Group Exercise Director at VillaSport and the Group Fitness Lead at VASA.

From Zumba to barre, to HIIT and everything in between, Lisa has taught it all blending high energy, thoughtful movement, and just the right amount of fun.
